“Wellness is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being… The term has been defined by the Wisconsin-based National Wellness Institute as an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence” (Source).

According to the World Health Organization, “health is a complete state of mental, physical and social well-being, not only the absence of disease” (Source).

Almine is endorsed as one of the greatest mystics of our time by world leaders and scientists alike. Her work represents the cutting edge of mysticism: that place where the physical and the non-physical meet and new realities are born. In February 2005, Almine’s body underwent a transfiguration, changing from mortal to immortal in the twinkling of an eye.

Her books have been a roadmap leading others into the same mastery and beyond. The information in those books is amplified in the renowned classes she conducts at her home in the Oregon, U.S. and abroad, and which draw people from all over the world.
Descriptions of Almine’s classes fail to impart the majesty of these gathering, in part because there is no curriculum or specific format, nor are there necessarily predictable topics or outcomes. Nevertheless, they offer an unparalleled transfiguring experience, most certainly not to be encountered anywhere else on Earth. Information beyond students’ wildest dreams pours in, irrevocably changing those who entered as students.

Having lived for most of her life as a Toltec Nagual (a specific type of mystic dedicated to a life of impeccability and setting others free from illusion), her insights into cosmology and man’s role within the macrocosm are ground-breaking. Pushing illuminating insights even further than previous Toltecs have done, she has managed to solve mysteries that plagued Toltec seers and humankind for eons.
Throughout history, the majority of spiritual masters and gurus who entered mastery have withdrawn from society. This is understandable because words become inadequate in describing experiences such as coming face-to-face with the Infinite, and the physical act of speaking becomes laborious.

Almine’s journey has become one of learning to live in the physical while functioning in eternal time and maintaining the delicate balance of remaining self-aware while being fully expanded. She feels it is time for people to understand that they can choose to claim mastery as their constant reality and remain functional in society. Whereas other teachers are gathering more and more students, Almine is teaching the few who are ready to be masters.

Daniel Tigner, Celine Cloutier, and Canadian Forest Tree Essences
As a result of a devoted meditation practice, working closely with people, and 20 years of working with Bach flower remedies and other essences, Daniel Tigner was inspired to create essences that would embody the full light and healing power found in trees. With the insight gained through his background and inspired understanding, in 1997, Daniel began the work of preparing the first mother tinctures that were used to create the first Canadian Forest Tree Essences and founded CFTE.

The company incorporated in 1998 and began producing 10 essences: seven single tree essences and three combination essences. During this time, Daniel wrote the first book on Canadian Forest Tree Essences titled Healing Through the Natural Resonance of Trees.
In 1998, Celine Cloutier joined the company and became involved in overseeing the production of the tree essences as well as working with Daniel to develop new essences. During this time, Celine was chief administrator of the Waldorf school in Ottawa, as well as a kindergarten teacher, which led her to develop the beautiful essence for children called the Children’s Happy Helping Potion.

The company moved its sales and manufacturing to Gatineau, QC, leading Celine and Daniel to develop fully bilingual material for the Canadian Market. With worldwide demand for tree essence products, CFTE began producing its literature in Spanish.

1. Less is more (but not too little): when using larger quantities of leaf, the steeping becomes more difficult to control.

2. Use a smaller brewing vessel and short steeping period. Sometimes as few as 10-25 seconds for oolong or even no time at all for some pu erhs (less than 5 seconds if the amounts are right and the water is sufficiently hot).

3. Bring the water to a boil, then let rest in a kettle with the lid off.

4. Preheat your brewing and drinking vessels.

5. For oolong, let the hot water sit 1-3 minutes after boiling as a general rule.  As you become more comfortable experimenting, consider the following points:

a. GO Deep WITHIN’s oolongs are very high grade and so high temperature water can be used, but generally with oolong it is recommended that one uses slightly lower temperature water because the leaves can be scorched if brewed with water that is too hot and/or for too long, and once cooked, the light and delicate flavours cannot be drawn out.

b. The resulting colour of the oolong should ideally be a luminescent but pale yellow (sometimes with a green tinge). Dark yellow infusion can indicate too much leaf, over-steeping, and/or water that is too hot.  **This “strong tea” is favoured by some people; this guide for recommended tea steeping is based on Chinese tradition.

c. Pu’erh tea, on the other hand, should be infused with very high temperature water to draw out the full spectrum of flavours.

Xocai nutritional rich dark chocolate offers its consumers something far more substantial.

Store-bought chocolate is typically high in refined (white) sugar, milk fats, and hydrogenated oils – ingredients that replace the truly healthy nutrients found in cocoa. Most store-bought chocolate use a process method called “Dutching,” which adds alkali-potash to the cocoa before roasting. While this process makes processing cocoa less expensive, this alkalinization process removes most of the chocolate’s antioxidant benefits. Another process commonly used by store-bought brands is roasting; when chocolate is prepared above 100 degrees Fahrenheit, most of its antioxidant compounds are destroyed.

Xocai products contain all natural, unprocessed cold pressed chocolate. Being unprocessed, it holds 100% of its antioxidant and nutritional value. With Xocai Healthy Chocolate products, you get ALL the antioxidant power of dark chocolate without the fat, preservatives, fillers and high sugar like you do in other chocolate.

Made from the best ingredients available, they have a specialized assortment of antioxidant-rich products that not only taste great and gives your body beneficial nutrients, it also helps reduce the craving for sweets for a better health over-all regime.
